A market leading industrial group was facing an increasingly globalized world and wanted to improve
their ability to keep track of their potential clients globally. They wanted to do that to a much deeper
technical level than in a normal CRM system. Detalied data about their potential clients’ production
processes and installed process equipment were recorded and presented in various ways.
To develop such a system requires the ability to handle large amounts of data as well as a solid
understanding of the technology base of the potential clients.

daily use by the global sales organization at the customer.
